What cookies and local storage do
Cookies are small values a site may store in a browser and send with later requests. LocalStorage and sessionStorage are browser storage mechanisms available to scripts. They can serve useful purposes, but may also be used for tracking. Ordinary browser caching is a separate mechanism that can keep copies of page resources.
What the tutorial code uses
The tutorial pages and included script do not set cookies or write values to localStorage or sessionStorage. They do not include advertising technology, analytics scripts or third-party embedded media. Navigation and scroll-reveal states are held only in the current page's memory.
Hosting, security infrastructure or separately deployed site services may have their own necessary storage behavior. Any additional consent interface should describe the services and choices it actually manages. This page does not claim that unlisted services are enabled or that a preference has been saved.
The project question sheet
Form text is processed locally while the page is open. The sheet tool does not save a draft in website storage. Your browser may offer autofill, preserve form values when navigating back or restore an interrupted session; these features are controlled by the browser.
If you choose Copy sheet, the text is written to your clipboard with browser permission. If you choose Download sheet, a text file is saved through your browser's download process. These are actions you request, not tracking cookies. Remove the clipboard contents or downloaded file using your device's controls when no longer needed.
Your browser controls
You can review cookies and site storage through your browser's privacy or site-information settings. Most browsers also let you clear cached resources, disable autofill and manage clipboard permissions. Blocking cookies does not disable the tutorial code's core reading functions. Disabling JavaScript prevents the interactive question-sheet, menu and animation features, but the desktop navigation and written guides remain available; on a small screen, use the page links in the content or footer to navigate.
External sites
Reference links take you to separate websites. Their cookies and privacy practices are governed by their own notices. No external page is loaded merely because its link appears in a guide.
Questions and changes
If the site's storage practices change, this page should be updated to reflect the deployed services. For questions, email [email protected]. Read the Privacy Policy for information about hosting records and emails you choose to send.
